This policy covers Kingdom Kratom Subscribe & Save subscriptions. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to these terms.
How your subscription works
- Your subscription renews automatically on the schedule you choose (every 1, 2, 4 or 8 weeks) until you cancel.
- Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file at the subscription price shown at signup, plus any applicable shipping and taxes. Renewals are charged on the morning of your billing date (Central time) and ship that same day.
- Subscription orders of $75 or more ship free, the same as one-time orders.
- Subscription discounts can't be combined with other discount codes.
No minimum commitment
There is no minimum number of orders. You can skip, reschedule, pause or cancel at any time.
How to cancel
You can cancel any time from your account at kingdomkratom.com/account. Sign in with the email you used at checkout, open Subscriptions, select your subscription and choose Cancel. You can also cancel by emailing info@kingdomkratom.com or calling (210) 966-9266.
To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel before your next billing date. Once a renewal has been charged and shipped, that order can't be cancelled, but it is covered by our Refund Policy. When you cancel, no further orders will be charged or shipped.
Skipping, pausing and changes
From your account you can skip an upcoming order, pause and resume, change how often your order ships, reschedule your next order, swap products, and update your shipping address or payment method. See Managing your Subscribe & Save for step-by-step instructions.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment doesn't go through, we'll email you and retry over the next few days. If it still fails, your subscription is paused until you update your payment method. Nothing is cancelled.
Price changes
If the price of a product in your subscription changes, we'll notify you by email before the new price applies to your next renewal. You can cancel or change your subscription before then.
Free gifts
Any free gift offered with a new subscription ships with the first subscription order only and is not included with renewals.
Shipping restrictions
Subscriptions can only ship to locations where our products can be legally sold. If a law change means we can no longer ship some or all of your subscription to your address, we'll let you know and won't charge you for items we can't ship. See our Shipping Restrictions page.
