Shipping details, timelines, and liability limitations are as stated on the website and in order confirmations. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after USPS confirmation of delivery to the address provided, nor for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.
