Your box goes out on your schedule at 30% off. Your portal handles the rest: swap, skip, pause, or cancel.
Before every box
Whether it's your regular order or a sampler box, about 3 days before it ships we send you a reminder. Keep it, swap the strain, skip this one, or move your date. If it looks right, do nothing and it ships at 30% off.
30% off applies to all powders, capsules and kratom extract (gummies, shots and Burst included). Sample packs and merch are not part of the program. Subscriptions ship at normal rates, including free Priority Shipping on orders over $75, and can't be combined with discount codes.

Questions
Straight answers on billing, swaps, shipping and the free gift.
Yes. There is no minimum commitment. Cancel from your customer portal whenever you like and your next box will not ship.
Yes. Change your strain in the portal any time. Every strain in a given form and size is priced the same, so a swap within the same form and size keeps your price. If you switch form or size, your 30% still applies to the new product's price.
Yes. If you still have plenty on the shelf, skip the next box from the portal and your schedule picks back up after it.
Yes. Pause from the portal and resume when you are ready. Your 30% price is waiting when you come back.
Pick every 1, 2, 4 or 8 weeks on the product page when you subscribe. The default is every 2 weeks. You can change your cadence, or your shipping address, in the portal at any time.
Your first subscription order includes a free gift of your choice: a KK Shaker or a Digital Measuring Spoon Scale. The gift comes with your first box only, not with renewals.
No. The 30% subscription discount cannot be combined with other discount codes, so pick whichever saves you more on that order.
Subscription orders ship at the same rates as any other order, including free Priority Shipping on orders over $75. Orders placed by 1PM Central go out the same day.
Update your card any time in the customer portal. Renewals are charged automatically to the card on file. If a payment doesn't go through, we email you and retry over the next few days. If it still fails, your subscription pauses until you update your card in the portal — nothing is cancelled.
Not for use by or sale to persons under the age of 18 or 21 depending on jurisdiction. That applies to subscriptions the same as any other order.
