0Find your subscription

1. Go to kingdomkratom.com/account and sign in with the email you used at checkout.
2. Enter the 6-digit code we email you.
3. Open Subscriptions, then tap the subscription you want to change. You'll land on Your Subscribe & Save.

Shortcut: every Subscribe & Save email we send has a Manage my subscription button that takes you straight there.

1Swap or rotate strains

Want to try something new, or rotate a few strains? Swap as often as you like before each box.

1. Tap Edit on your subscription.
2. Under In your box, tap Remove on the strain you're done with.
3. Tap Add a strain, search in Find a strain, pick your size, and tap Add.
4. Tap Save. Your next box ships with the new strain.

Same price: every strain in the same form and size costs the same, so powder-to-powder or capsule-to-capsule swaps keep your price. Switching to a different form or size? Your 30% still applies to the new product.

Just want to try one? Choose One-time purchase when you add it. It ships once, in your next box only, and your regular strains carry on after that.

2Change the day your box ships

1. Scroll to Billing schedule on your subscription.
2. Find your next box and tap Reschedule.
3. Pick the new date and tap Save.

Renewals charge early in the morning (Central time) and ship that same day. The new date needs to be at least 2 hours away.

3Change how often it ships

1. Tap Edit on your subscription.
2. Change Ships every to every 1, 2, 4 or 8 weeks.
3. Tap Save. Your price stays the same at every schedule.

5Take a break

Tap Pause to stop all boxes and charges. When you're ready, tap Resume and you pick up right where you left off, with your 30% price waiting.

6Update your address or card

Your shipping address is under Ships to on your subscription. To update your card, open Payment method and we'll email you a secure link.
