Shipping Restrictions

Kingdom Kratom ships to most of the United States. Because state and local laws on kratom change, there are some states where we are currently unable to ship some or all of our products. This page lists those states and is kept up to date as laws change.

If your state is listed below, we’re unable to complete the affected items to your address. This reflects the current law where you live — it is not a reflection of your order or anything you’ve done. If your order can’t be shipped, you won’t be charged for the affected items.

States we currently cannot ship to (all products)

We are currently unable to ship any kratom products to the following:

  • Alabama
  • Arkansas
  • California
  • Connecticut
  • District of Columbia
  • Indiana
  • Louisiana
  • Vermont
  • Wisconsin

In each of these locations, current state or local law prohibits the sale of kratom, so we cannot ship to addresses there.

States where this changes soon

  • Kansas — Beginning July 1, 2026, a new state law takes effect that prohibits the sale of kratom. On and after that date we will be unable to ship to Kansas.
  • Tennessee — Beginning July 1, 2026, a new state law takes effect that prohibits the sale of kratom. On and after that date we will be unable to ship to Tennessee.

Ohio — some products only

We can ship plain dried-leaf kratom powder to Ohio.

Under a current Ohio Board of Pharmacy rule, we are unable to ship the following to Ohio: capsules, extracts, shots, gels, liquids, “enhanced” products, and any product containing 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH).

New York — age requirement

We ship to New York, but New York law allows kratom to be sold only to customers 21 and older. New York orders are subject to age verification at checkout.

Why some states are restricted

State and local laws determine where kratom may be sold. When a state prohibits or restricts the sale of kratom, we are legally unable to ship those products there. We update this page as laws change. If you have a question about an order, please contact our support team.
