Coronavirus and Kratom

We at Kingdom Kratom take the health and safety of all of our customers and employees very seriously. While the Coronavirus epidemic is a challenging problem facing us all at this time, it is important that we all try to operate normally and practice good habits in order to limit the growth of the virus. I want to share a few facts about the virus and the steps we are taking to make sure that your products get to you safely!

The virus itself needs a living host to stay alive for more than 10 days on a surface. What this means is that the product we receive from Indonesia cannot arrive infected with any active Coronavirus, as it takes longer than 10 days for the product to ship, arrive, quarantine and then be packaged out to you. 

While our product is tested for heavy metals (lead etc) and Biological issues (Mold, E. Coli, etc), we have taken numerous steps to make sure that it cannot be contaminated while it is being processed. We make sure to sanitize the Stainless steel processing areas of the warehouse daily. We follow Good Manufacturing Processes with regard to product handling, ensuring that anyone working with the product is taking proper cleanliness procedures. Full body clothing covers are used, as well as gloves and face masks are worn at all times. We have also escalated our hand washing and sanitizer use throughout the company. 

We do not expect there to be any issues on our end with supplying Kratom in the near future, however the one thing out of our control is USPS and UPS fulfillment. While we have not had any indications of USPS or UPS being forced to stop delivering packages, given the widespread school closures and virus growth it is a real possibility. We recommend that if you rely on Kratom to make sure that you have at least a 20-30 day supply in case of postal closure. We are currently running a sale with the discount code: Stockup in order to make this cheaper for you. We vow to be here fulfilling any orders that come in, but if we can't get them delivered there is not much we can do. We absolutely hope this does not become an issue but we feel we must advise to take precautions.
