Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using this website or purchasing any products. We reserve the right to request government-issued photo identification at any time and to cancel any order if age or eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified.

2. Shipping Restrictions – Prohibited Jurisdictions

We do not ship to any jurisdiction where kratom is illegal or subject to prohibition, including but not limited to the following states (list subject to change without prior notice):

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kingdom Kratom, FYE LLC, and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use or misuse of the products, violation of these Terms, illegal purchase or possession, failure to comply with applicable laws, or disregard of the warnings provided herein or on product labeling.

8. Adverse Event Reporting

In the event of any adverse reaction, you must immediately report it to info@kingdomkratom.com and to the FDA via MedWatch at fda.gov/safety/medwatch.

9. Personal Information and Shipping Policies

You warrant that all billing and shipping information provided is complete, accurate, and belongs to you. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Shipping details, timelines, and liability limitations are as stated on the website and in order confirmations. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after USPS confirmation of delivery to the address provided, nor for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or the products shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in San Antonio, Texas. You expressly waive any right to trial by jury or participation in a class action. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
