Return Policy

We stand behind our products 100%. We understand it is the quality of our product and our service that will keep you coming back. We have a no questions asked return policy lasting 30 days from the date of purchase. Any damaged goods will be replaced without hesitation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have at least 50% of the product remaining, and it must still be in the original packaging. We will refund the purchase amount within 48 hours of receiving your return.

To complete your return, email mike@kingdomkratom.com your order number/receipt and the reason for return, so that we can prevent bad experiences in the future if possible! Please do NOT send it back to the original return address as the return address might be different.

All information provided has not been evaluated by the FDA and all kratom products on this site are sold for horticultural, educational, and scientific use. This product is for use and handling only by those with the knowledge and equipment to safely handle this ingredient. You agree to release us for any adverse effects that may arise from improper handling and/or consumption of this product. By submitting your order and payment you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree with this disclaimer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.

 

Shipping Policy

We strive to get all orders possible out the same day they are ordered, at no extra cost. Orders must be received by 10AM Central time in order to be processed same day. Orders received after this cutoff time will be shipped the following day.

FREE priority shipping is provided to orders over $75. Keep in mind we are centrally located in Texas, so shipping time is quicker than most!
